This 2,5h intensive workshop is an opportunity for you to expand physically as well as mentally. Learn how to cultivate what needs to flow and be moved from the inside, to embody, to be present, and to respond to what is rising and dissolving. Get to create space a.k.a flexibility with Lisbon-based certified teacher @lunajosephine__ who will be flying to London especially to host this workshop.

Body: journey to deep backbends & shoulder openers*
*all levels are welcome: this is an opportunity to deepen your practice and explore balancing postures if you'd like.

You will learn techniques to deepen your backbending postures, including variations of cobra, camel, bow, wheel and scorpion.
