Service Description
Module I 𖦹 Returning to the Body The architecture of feeling | Deconstruct the "performing" body and awakening the felt sense through nervous system regulation. Understand the nervous system’s role in feeling + pleasure, and how to deconstruct rigid yoga poses into fluid, somatic "micro-movements" as well as trauma-informed awareness. Module II 𖦹The Language of Sensuality Reclaiming sensuality as a state of aliveness, fluidity, softness and pleasure, safety, feminine embodiment & emotional expression Module III 𖦹 The Body Poetry Method The signature Body Poetry vocabulary: root, wave, radiate, creating organic transitions, musicality and movement quality Module IV 𖦹 Nervous System-Led Expression: Deep Embodiment Layering breath, emotion and intention, improvisation, nervous-system-led movement Module V 𖦹 Guiding Transformational Experiences Sequencing a sensual somatic class, cueing and holding space, teaching from embodiment rather than performance, final teaching assignment and feedback Monday, September 7 — 7:00 PM Tuesday, September 8 — 7:00 PM Wednesday, September 9 — 7:00 PM Thursday, September 10 — 7:00 PM Sunday, September 13 — 6:00 PM Monday, September 14 — 7:00 PM All times are Central Europe Time

Cancellation Policy
CLASSES & CIRCLES // Please give a 12-hour notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your session. All cancellations made within 12 hours of appointed time will be charged for the full amount of your session. WORKSHOPS & EVENTS // Cancellation policy for workshops & events: due to the important expenses and security deposits made for events and workshops, a certain refund policy is applied (see below). - If a registrant withdraws from the workshop with more than fourteen days notice, a refund minus 50% of the total amount will be issued. - If a registrant withdraws from the workshop with less than fourteen days notice or does not show up at the workshop, no refund will be issued.
