10H Sensual Somatics Certification: The Body Poetry Flow Method MAY 2026 Beyond the alignment and into the feeling. Most movement training focuses on the shape of the body. We focus on the state of the body. The Body Poetry Flow Method is a bridge between the ancient wisdom of Yoga and the modern science of Sensual Somatics. It is a pathway to unlearn the "shoulds" of movement and dive into the "how" of feeling. THE CURRICULUM: 4 modules + self-study integration Module 1 𖦹 The architecture of feeling | Deconstruct the "performing" body and awakening the felt sense through nervous system regulation. Understand the nervous system’s role in feeling + pleasure, and how to deconstruct rigid yoga poses into fluid, somatic "micro-movements" as well as trauma-informed awareness.* Module 2 𖦹 The Serpent spine & fluidity | Mastering the "Spinal Wave" and fascial elasticity to release the "frozen" body. Module 3 𖦹 The pelvic bowl & sensual power | Reclaiming the hips as a source of creative power, safety, and somatic vitality. Module 4 𖦹 Creating sensual somatic flows: Musicality, rhythm and the art of sensation-based sequencing + cueing THE TEACHER PATH Module 5 𖦹 Integration & exam | a self-paced module including an embodiment journal and a video teaching exam for those seeking official certification.
